急诊肺血栓栓塞救治过程中优化护理流程的应用

摘　　要：目的 探究在急诊肺血栓栓塞救治过程中施以优化护理流程的护理效果。方法 方便选取2022年1月—2024年1月南京医科大学附属明基医院急诊科收治的92例肺血栓栓塞患者作为研究对象。对照组(46例)实施常规急诊护理,研究组(46例)实施优化护理流程,观察和对比两组的急诊时间、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果 研究组患者的接诊时间、分诊时间、心电监护时间和静脉采血时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组并发症(咳血、呼吸困难、再栓塞)总发生率为2.17%(1/46),低于对照组的17.40%(8/46),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.434,P<0.05)。研究组家属护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在急诊肺血栓栓塞救治过程中施以优化护理流程可以进一步缩短急诊时间、提高家属护理满意度,并进一步降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the nursing effect of optimized nursing process in emergency treatment of pulmonary thromboembolism.Methods A total of 92 patients with pulmonary thromboembolism admitted to the Department of Emergency in BenQ Medical Center Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January 2022 to January 2024 were conveniently selected as the research objects.The control group(46 cases)was given routine emergency nursing,and the study group(46 cases)was given optimized nursing process.The emergency time,complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The admission time,triage time,Electrocardio-gram monitoring time and venous blood collection time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications(hemoptysis,dys-pnea,reembolization)in the study group was 2.17%(1/46),which was lower than 17.40%(8/46)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.434,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of family members in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sion Optimized nursing process in the emergency treatment of pulmonary thromboembolism can further shorten the emergency time,improve family nursing satisfaction,and further reduce the incidence of complications.
