健骨丸对踝关节骨折术后废用性骨质疏松的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析健骨丸治疗踝关节骨折术后废用性骨质疏松的效果。方法 选取2023年1—12月泉州市正骨医院收治的120例废用性骨质疏松患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法的差异进行分组。对照组:60例,使用阿法骨化醇软胶囊治疗;观察组:60例,采取健骨丸治疗。比较两组的中医证候积分、踝关节骨密度、踝关节功能评分、并发症发生情况。结果 治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组中医证候(踝部肿胀、踝部疼痛、皮下瘀斑、关节僵硬)积分均较低,踝关节骨密度较高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗3个月、治疗6个月,相比较对照组,观察组踝关节功能评分均较高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。对比对照组的16.67%(10/60)的并发症发生率,观察组为3.33%(2/60),较低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.926,P=0.015)。结论 健骨丸治疗废用性骨质疏松,可改善中医证候积分、促进踝关节功能康复,降低并发症发生率。Objective To analyze the effect of Jiangu Pills in the treatment of disuse osteoporosis after ankle fracture surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with disuse osteoporosis admitted to Quanzhou Orthopedic Hospital from January to December 2023 were as the research subjects and grouped according to different treatment methods.Con-trol group:60 patients were treated with alfacalcidol soft capsules.Observation group:60 patients were treated with Ji-angu Pills.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,ankle bone mineral density,ankle function score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower scores of TCM syndromes(ankle swelling,ankle pain,subcutaneous ecchymosis,joint stiffness)and higher ankle bone mineral density,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,the ankle joint function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observa-tion group was 3.33%(2/60),which was lower than 16.67%(10/60)in the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(χ^(2)=5.926,P=0.015).Conclusion Jiangu Pills in the treatment of disuse osteoporosis can improve the TCM syndrome score,promote the rehabilitation of ankle joint function,and reduce the incidence of complications.
