护患协作护理干预在单纯下肢静脉曲张患者围手术期的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨护患协作护理对单纯下肢静脉曲张的应用价值。方法便利选取2023年1月—2024年1月滕州市第一人民医院收治的62例单纯下肢静脉曲张患者为研究对象,依据不同护理方法分为对照组(n=31,常规护理)与研究组(n=31,护患协作护理),对比两组患者负性情绪评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果护理后,研究组焦虑评分(7.56±0.75)分、抑郁评分(6.75±0.87)分均低于对照组的(10.22±1.02)分和(9.83±1.18)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=11.698,11.697;P均<0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组生活质量评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。关于护理满意度,研究组的93.55%(29/31),高于对照组的70.97%(22/31),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.415,P<0.05)。结论护患协作护理可缓解单纯下肢静脉曲张患者的不良情绪,提高生活质量,患者护理满意度较高。Objective Exploring the application value of nurse-patient collaboration nursing for simple lower limb varicose veins.Methods A total of 62 patients with simple varix of lower extremity admitted to Tengzhou First People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were conveniently selected as the study subjects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group(n=31,conventional nursing)and study group(n=31,nurse-patient collaborative nursing).Negative emotion score,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the score of anxiety was(7.56±0.75)points and that of depression was(6.75±0.87)points in the study group were lower than(10.22±1.02)points and(9.83±1.18)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.698,11.697;both P<0.05).After nursing,the compared with control group,the score of quality of life in the study group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Regarding nursing satisfaction,93.55%(29/31)in the study group was higher than 70.97%(22/31),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.415,P<0.05).Conclusion Nurse-patient cooperative nursing can alleviate the bad mood of patients with simple varix of lower limbs,improve the quality of life,and the patient's nursing satisfaction is high.
