摘　　要：目的探讨老年股骨颈骨折患者采用快速康复护理的应用效果。方法方便选取2022年12月—2023年12月肥城市中医医院收治的88例老年股骨颈骨折患者为研究对象。根据护理方法差异分为两组,对照组(44例,常规护理干预),研究组(44例,采取快速康复护理干预)。比较两组患者各时间节点的疼痛程度及并发症发生率。结果疼痛评分比较,研究组术后2 d、4 d、7 d及术后1个月更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。并发症总发生率比较,对照组为15.91%(7/44)高于研究组的2.27%(1/44),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.950,P<0.05)。结论老年股骨颈骨折患者采取快速康复护理干预,不仅能够减轻患者术后疼痛程度,而且还能降低并发症发生的风险。Objective To investigate the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods This study conveniently selected 88 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to Feicheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to December 2023 as the research subjects.Based on differences in nursing methods,they were divided into two groups:a control group(44 cases,receiving routine nursing interventions)and a study group(44 cases,receiving rapid rehabilitation nursing interventions).Pain levels at various time points and complication incidence rates were compared between the two groups.Results The study group exhibited significantly lower pain scores at postoperative 2 d,4 d,7 d,and 1 month compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).In terms of the comparison of the total incidence of complications,the control group was 15.91%(7/44),which was higher than 2.27%(1/44)in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.950,P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture can not only reduce the degree of postoperative pain,but also reduce the risk of complications.
