慢性阻塞性肺疾病护理中耳穴疗法结合情志干预的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病护理中耳穴疗法结合情志干预的作用。方法回顾性选取2022年1月—2023年12月射阳县中医院肺病科收治的76例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床资料,根据不同护理方法分为对照组和研究组,每组38例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用耳穴疗法结合情志干预,比较两组患者依从性、不良情绪评分及健康行为评分。结果研究组总依从性为97.37%(37/38),高于对照组的78.95%(30/38),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.537,P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者焦虑自评量表评分和抑郁自评量表评分均低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,两组患者健康行为评分高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论耳穴疗法结合情志干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病护理中效果较好,能有效提升患者依从性,缓解患者负面情绪,提高患者健康行为。Objective To investigate the effect of auricular point therapy combined with emotional intervention in the nursing of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods Clinical data of 76 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to the Department of Pulmonary in Sheyang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group and research group according to different nursing methods,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the research group was treated with auricular point therapy combined with emotional intervention on the basis of the control group.The compliance,negative emotional score and health behavior score of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance of the research group was 97.37%(37/38)higher than that of the control group 78.95%(30/38),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.537,P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Selfrating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in the two groups were lower than before intervention,and the research group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After intervention,the health behavior scores of the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the research group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point therapy combined with emotional intervention is effective in the nursing of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which can effectively improve patients'compliance,alleviate patients'negative emotions and improve patients'health behaviors.
