互联网+延续护理服务在膝关节周围骨折患者康复中的效果

摘　　要：目的研究膝关节周围骨折患者的康复活动中,应用互联网+延续护理服务的效果。方法方便选取2022年1月—2023年12月宜兴市善卷骨科医院收治的78例膝关节周围骨折患者为研究对象。按照不同护理方法进行分组,对照组39例采用常规护理,研究组39例开展互联网+延续护理服务。比较两组疼痛程度和自我护理能力、服药依从性和生活质量。结果研究组患者的出院后1个月、3个月的视觉模拟评分法分别为(2.85±0.46)分、(1.72±0.15)分均低于对照组的(4.73±0.51)分、(3.09±0.28)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=17.095,26.934;P均<0.05)。研究组出院后1个月、3个月的自护能力评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组出院后3个月服药依从性评分与生活质量综合评定问卷评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论互联网+延续护理服务应用于膝关节周围骨折患者中,可缓解疼痛,提高自我护理能力和服药依从性,提高生活质量。Objective To study the effect of applying internet+continuation nursing service in the rehabilitation activities of patients with peripheral knee fractures.Methods A total of 78 patients with peripheral knee fractures admitted to Yixing Shanjuan Orthopaedic Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,39 cases in the control group were conveniently treated with routine nursing,and 39 cases in the study group were treated with internet+continuous nursing service.Compare the degree of pain,self-care ability,medication adherence and quality of life between the two groups.Results The Visual Analogue Scale scores of the study group at 1 month and 3 months after discharge were(2.85±0.46)points and(1.72±0.15)points,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group(4.73±0.51)points and(3.09±0.28)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=17.095,26.934;both P<0.05).The self-care ability scores of the study group at 1 month and 3 months after discharge were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).3 months after discharge,the scores of medication adherence in the research group and the scores of the quality of life were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Internet+continuation nursing service in patients with peripheral knee fracture can relieve pain,improve self-care ability and medication compliance and improve the quality of life.
