极低体重重症新生儿护理中疼痛护理干预的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨疼痛护理干预在新生儿重症护理中的应用效果,旨在通过优化护理策略,减轻新生儿极低体重重症患儿的疼痛体验,提升护理质量及家属满意度。方法回顾性选取2022年8月—2023年2月聊城市人民医院收治的180例新生儿极低体重重症患儿的临床资料,以不同护理方法分为两组,各90例。对照组给予基础普通护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上给予疼痛护理干预。对比两组患儿的疼痛程度评分和家属的护理满意度。结果护理前,两组疼痛程度评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,两组疼痛程度评分低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组家属护理总满意度为97.78%(88/90),高于对照组的87.78%(79/90),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.715,P<0.05)。结论在新生儿极低体重重症患儿的护理中,加入疼痛护理干预能降低患儿的疼痛程度,提高家属的护理满意度,证明了疼痛护理干预在新生儿重症护理中的重要性和有效性。Objective To explore the application effect of pain nursing intervention in neonatal intensive care,aiming to reduce the pain experience of very low birth weight severe neonates and improve the quality of nursing and family satisfaction by optimizing nursing strategies.Methods The clinical data of 180 neonates with very low birth weight admitted to Liaocheng People's Hospital from August 2022 to February 2023 were retrospectively selected.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,90 cases in each group.The control group was given basic general nursing intervention,and the study group was given pain nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The pain score and family nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the pain score of the two groups was lower than that before nursing,and that of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of family members in the study group was 97.78%(88/90),which was higher than 87.78%(79/90)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.715,P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of very low birth weight severe neonates,the addition of pain nursing intervention can reduce the pain degree of neonates and improve the nursing satisfaction of family members,which proves the importance and effectiveness of pain nursing intervention in neonatal intensive care.
