摘　　要：目的 分析消化内镜联合雷尼替丁用于十二指肠溃疡出血治疗的临床疗效。方法 方便选取2021年1月—2023年2月浙江省人民医院毕节医院收治的十二指肠溃疡出血患者92例为研究对象,按照不同的治疗方法分为对照组(n=46,雷尼替丁)和观察组(n=46,消化内镜联合雷尼替丁)。比较两组的临床疗效、临床指标、胃肠检验指标及不良反应。结果 与对照组的82.61%(38/46)相比,观察组的治疗总有效率95.65%(44/46)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.039,P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组出血量、输血量更少,止血时间及住院时间更短,胃肠检验指标更优,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 消化内镜联合雷尼替丁治疗十二指肠溃疡出血效果较好,能改善临床症状和减少再出血,可促进患者恢复,具有较好的安全性。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of digestive endoscopy combined with ranitidine in the treatment of duodenal ulcer bleeding.Methods A total of 92 patients with duodenal ulcer bleeding admitted to Zhejiang Provin⁃cial People's Hospital Bijie Hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=46,ranitidine)and observa⁃tion group(n=46,digestive endoscopy combined with ranitidine).The clinical efficacy,clinical indicators,gastrointes⁃tinal test indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with 82.61%(38/46)in the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group 95.65%(44/46)was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.039,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the amount of bleed⁃ing and blood transfusion in the observation group were less,the hemostasis time and hospitalization time were shorter,and the gastrointestinal test indexes were better,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Digestive endoscopy combined with ranitidine is effective in the treatment of duodenal ulcer bleeding,it can improve clinical symptoms and reduce rebleeding,and promote the recovery of patients and has good safety.
