摘 要:目的分析临床药师干预对呼吸内科喹诺酮类抗菌药物使用合理性的影响。方法回顾性选取2023年2月—2024年6月余庆县人民医院呼吸内科使用喹诺酮类抗菌药物治疗的126例患者的临床资料,使用常规用药措施的48例患者为对照组,参与临床药师干预用药的78例患者为观察组。分析两组患者的药物使用天数、用药总量、药物利用指数、不合理用药情况和药物不良反应。结果观察组药物使用天数(4.31±0.72)d、用药总量(2.14±0.38)g和药物利用指数(0.84±0.19)均低于对照组的(5.72±0.64)d、(3.46±0.37)g、(1.13±0.26),差异均有统计学意义(t=11.127,19.125,7.212;P均<0.05)。对照组不合理用药总发生率为35.42%(17/48),高于观察组的15.38%(12/78),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.730,P<0.05)。观察组药物不良反应总发生率为6.41%(5/78),低于对照组的20.83%(10/48),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.894,P<0.05)。结论经临床药师的干预,可以有效降低呼吸内科喹诺酮类抗菌药物不合理用药情况,进一步减少抗生素的使用量,减少患者的不良反应发生情况。Objective To analyze the effect of clinical pharmacist intervention on the rationality of quinolone antibiot⁃ics in respiratory medicine.Methods The clinical data of 126 patients treated in the respiratory department of Yuqing County People's Hospital from February 2023 to June 2024 were selected retrospectively,and 48 patients using con⁃ventional medication measures were selected as the control group,and 78 patients participating in the intervention of clinical pharmacists were taken as the observation group.Days of drug use,total amount of medication,drug utilization index,irrational drug use and adverse drug reactions were analyzed in the two groups.Results The drug use days(4.31±0.72)d,total drug use(2.14±0.38)g and drug utilization index(0.84±0.19)in the observation group were sig⁃nificantly lower than those in the control group(5.72±0.64)d,(3.46±0.37)g,(1.13±0.26),and the differences were sta⁃tistically significant(t=11.127,19.125,7.212;all P<0.05).The total incidence of irrational drug use in the control group was 35.42%(17/48),which was higher than 15.38%(12/78)in the observation group,and the difference was sta⁃tistically significant(χ^(2)=6.730,P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was 6.41%(5/78)lower than 20.83%(10/48)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.894,P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of clinical pharmacists can effectively reduce the unreasonable use of quinolone antibiotics in respiratory medicine,further reduce the use of antibiotics,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients.
