体外膈肌起搏器联合肺康复护理对慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者肺功能和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究肺康复护理联合体外膈肌起搏器在慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者中的临床效果。方法随机选取2022年1月—2023年9月太仓市第一人民医院收治的慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者100例为研究对象纳入研究。根据实施护理方法的不同分为联合组和基础组,每组50例。基础组予以一般康复护理,联合组在基础组基础上予以体外膈肌起搏联合肺康复护理。比较两组患者肺功能和生活质量评分。结果干预后,对比两组肺功能水平,联合组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组生活质量,联合组评分为(12.21±3.03)分,低于基础组的(18.41±4.52)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.057,P<0.05)。结论体外膈肌起搏联合肺康复护理可以改善慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者肺功能水平,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of pulmonary rehabilitation nursing combined with extracorporeal diaphragm pacemaker in patients with chronic obstructive emphysema.Methods Selecting 100 chronic obstructive em⁃physema patients who admitted to Taicang First People's Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 randomly as the study objects.They were divided into combination group and basic group by different nursing methods,with 50 cases in each group.The basic group was given general rehabilitation nursing,and the combination group was given extracorporeal diaphragmatic pacemaker combined with pulmonary rehabilitation nursing.Lung function and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,compared with the two groups of lung function levels,the combined group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the interven⁃tion,the quality of life of the two groups was compared,and the score of the combined group was(12.21±3.03)points,which was lower than that of the basic group(18.41±4.52)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.057,P<0.05).Conclusion Using extracorporeal diaphragmatic pacemaker combined with pulmonary rehabilitation nursing support will improve lung function and quality of life in chronic obstructive emphysema patients.
