流程化沟通模式下心理疏导结合多媒体健康教育对冠状动脉CT血管造影检查患者情绪状态、依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨流程化沟通模式下心理疏导结合多媒体健康教育对冠状动脉CT血管造影(CT angiography,CTA)检查患者的应用价值。方法便利选取2022年9月—2023年9月济宁市兖州区人民医院行冠状动脉CTA检查的86例患者为研究对象,按照不同护理方法分组,各43例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在其基础上予以流程化沟通模式下心理疏导结合多媒体健康教育。对比两组依从性、情绪状态、认知水平、护理满意度。结果观察组治疗依从性为97.67%(42/43),高于对照组的81.40%(35/43),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.467,P=0.034)。护理后,与对照组相比,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分更低,检查目的、检查流程、注意事项认知评分及护理满意度更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论流程化沟通模式下心理疏导结合多媒体健康教育应用于冠状动脉CTA检查患者有助于提高依从性,缓解负性情绪,增强患者认知,提高患者的护理满意度。Objective To explore the application value of psychological counseling combined with multimedia health education in patients with coronary artery CT angiography(CTA)under the process communication mode.Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent coronary CTA examination in Yanzhou District People's Hospital of Jining City from September 2022 to September 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.Grouped according to dif⁃ferent nursing methods,with 43 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given psychological counseling combined with multimedia health education under the process communication mode on the basis of routine nursing.The compliance,emotional state,cognitive level and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was 97.67%(42/43),which was higher than 81.40%(35/43)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.467,P=0.034). After nursing, compared with the control group, the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation groupwere lower, and the cognitive scores of examination purpose, examination process, matters needing attention and nurs⁃ing satisfaction were higher, the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion The application ofpsychological counseling combined with multimedia health education under the process communication mode in pa⁃tients with coronary artery CTA examination is helpful to improve compliance, relieve negative emotions, enhance pa⁃tients' cognition, and improve patients' nursing satisfaction.
