针灸推拿配合中药治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究针灸推拿配合中药对老年腰椎间盘突出症的治疗价值。方法回顾性选取2022年2月—2024年2月福建省老年医院收治的150例老年腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料。根据不同治疗方法分为对照组与干预组,各75例,其中对照组患者使用中药治疗,干预组患者联合针灸推拿治疗。对比两组治疗效果、症状积分和疼痛评分、腰椎功能评分。结果干预组治疗总有效率97.33%(73/75)高于对照组的88.00%(66/75),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.807,P<0.05)。治疗后,干预组患者症状积分为(2.60±0.44)分,疼痛评分为(1.84±0.26)分,均低于对照组的(3.29±0.83)分与(2.26±0.47)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.360,6.771;P均<0.05)。治疗后1个月与随访3个月,干预组患者腰椎功能评分为(21.64±4.11)分、(23.15±4.76)分均高于对照组的(18.06±3.35)分、(20.93±4.20)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=5.847,3.028;P均<0.05)。结论针对老年腰椎间盘突出症患者,推荐采用针灸推拿配合中药治疗方案,能缓解临床症状,进一步改善患者的腰椎功能。Objective To explore the therapeutic value of acupuncture,massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in the elderly.Methods The clinical data of 150 elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to Fujian Provincial Geriatric Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group and an intervention group,with 75 cases in each group.Among them,the patients in the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine,while the patients in the intervention group were treated with the combination of acupuncture and massage.The treatment effects,symptom scores,pain scores and lumbar function scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the intervention group was 97.33%(73/75),which was higher than that in the control group[88.00%(66/75)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ²=4.807,P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of the patients in the intervention group was(2.60±0.44)points,and the pain score was(1.84±0.26)points,both of which were lower than those in the control group[(3.29±0.83)points and(2.26±0.47)points],and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.360,6.771;both P<0.05).One month after treatment and at the 3-month follow-up,the lumbar function scores of the patients in the intervention group were(21.64±4.11)points and(23.15±4.76)points respectively,both of which were higher than those in the con⁃trol group[(18.06±3.35)points and(20.93±4.20)points],and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.847,3.028;both P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation,it is recommended to adopt the treat⁃ment plan combining acupuncture,massage and traditional Chinese medicine,which can relieve clinical symptoms and further improve the lumbar function of patients.
