摘　　要：脑动脉狭窄作为脑血管疾病的一种,是指脑动脉血管腔径减小导致脑血流量下降,可能引发脑缺血、脑梗死等严重后果。本文概述了脑动脉狭窄的定义、流行病学特征及危害,并分析了西医治疗现状;阐述了“益气活血法”的理论基础,包括中医对脑动脉狭窄的认识,以及“益气活血法”的基本原理与临床应用。文章重点探讨了益气活血法治疗脑动脉狭窄的机理,包括中医理论解析和现代医学视角下的作用机制,并对临床实践进行了综述,包括治疗方法、方案及疗效评估。此外,本文还讨论了益气活血法与其他治疗方法的联合应用,以及当前研究的局限性和未来研究方向。最后,对“益气活血法”进行总结,分析其在改善患者症状及降低再狭窄风险等方面所展现出的潜力与价值,以期能为临床实践和科学研究提供参考依据。Cerebral arterial stenosis,as a kind of cerebrovascular disease,refers to the decrease of cerebral blood flow due to the reduction of cerebral arterial vascular lumen diameter,which may trigger cerebral ischemia,cerebral infarction and other serious consequences.This paper firstly outlines the definition,epidemiological characteristics and hazards of cerebral artery stenosis,and analyzes the current status of western medical treatment.Next,the theo⁃retical basis of the"Qi-reinforcing and Blood-activating Method"is described,including the understanding of cere⁃bral artery stenosis in traditional Chinese medicine and the basic principles and clinical application of the method of promoting qi and blood circulation.The article focuses on the mechanism of cerebral arterial stenosis treated by the method,including the theoretical analysis of Chinese medicine and the mechanism of action from the perspective of modern medicine,and provides an overview of clinical practice,including treatment methods,protocols,and evalua⁃tion of the efficacy of the treatment.In addition,the combined application of the"Qi-reinforcing and Blood-activating Method"with other therapeutic methods,as well as the limitations of current research and future research directions are discussed.Finally,summarize the"Qi-reinforcing and Blood-activating Method"and analyze its potential and value demonstrated in aspects such as improving patients'symptoms and reducing the risk of restenosis,with the ex⁃pectation of providing reference basis for clinical practice and scientific research.
