摘　　要：随着社会经济发展、人口老龄化加剧以及人群生活方式的改变,腰椎退行性疾病已成为中老年人群的常见疾病之一,严重影响患者生活质量。退行性腰椎滑脱症是一种常见的腰椎退行性疾病,发病率有逐渐增高的趋势。鉴于其诊疗理念和技术手段的不断进步,以及相关研究的日益增多,有必要对退行性腰椎滑脱症的诊断和治疗方法进行总结,进一步规范其诊疗流程。本指南由中华医学会骨科学分会骨科康复学组和中国医师协会骨科学分会脊柱感染学组发起,结合当前循证医学证据,从退行性腰椎滑脱症的自然病程、流行病学与发病机制、症状和体征、影像学表现、治疗、预后等方面进行论述和推荐。指南的制订旨在改善退行性腰椎滑脱症的治疗效果及预后,以期提高患者的治疗满意度。With the development of social economy,the aging of population and the change of lifestyle,lumbar degenerative disease has become one of the common diseases in the middle-aged and elderly population,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis is a common degenerative disease of the lumbar spine,and its incidence has a tendency to increase gradually.In view of the continuous progress of its diagnosis,treatment concepts and technical means,as well as the increasing number of related studies,it is necessary to summarize the diagnostic and treatment methods of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis and further standardize its diagnosis and treatment process.This guideline was initiated by the Orthopaedic Rehabilitation Group of the Orthopaedic Society of the Chinese Medical Association and the Spinal Infection Group of the Orthopaedic Society of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association.Based on the current evidence,the guideline discusses and recommends the natural history,epidemiology and pathogenesis,symptoms and signs,imaging manifestations,treatment,and prognosis of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis.The guideline aims to improve the treatment effect and prognosis of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis,so as to improve the treatment satisfaction of patients.
