复合保温措施辅助麻醉苏醒干预在腹腔镜子宫全切术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：【目的】探讨复合保温措施辅助麻醉苏醒干预在腹腔镜子宫全切术(TLH)患者中的应用效果。【方法】80例行TLH的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受复合保温措施辅助麻醉苏醒干预。比较两组患者麻醉质量、苏醒状况[Steward苏醒评分(SRS)]、体温状况[麻醉诱导前5 min(T 0)、麻醉诱导后30 min(T_(1))、麻醉诱导后60 min(T_(2))、术毕(T_(3))、转入麻醉后恢复室(PACU)10 min(T_(4))、苏醒时(T_(5))的体温变化]、术后恢复质量[术后恢复质量调查问卷(QoR-40)评分]、手术室护理质量评分。【结果】观察组患者吞咽反射恢复、睁眼、导管拔出、答问切题、定向力恢复等时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SRS高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组T_(1)~T_(5)时体温均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者QoR-40评分、手术室护理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】复合保温措施辅助麻醉苏醒干预能有效改善TLH患者的麻醉质量、苏醒状况和术后恢复质量,维持体温稳定及提升手术室护理质量,从而提高患者术后舒适度和满意度。【Objective】To investigate the application of combined warming measures-assisted anesthesia recovery intervention in patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy(TLH).【Methods】A total of 80 patients undergoing TLH were randomly divided into two groups:a control group and an observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received combined warming measures-assisted anesthesia recovery intervention.The anesthesia quality,recovery status[Steward Recovery Score(SRS)],body temperature changes[5 minutes pre-anesthesia(T 0),30 minutes after anesthesia induction(T_(1)),60 minutes after anesthesia induction(T_(2)),at the end of surgery(T_(3)),10 minutes after transfer to PACU(T_(4)),and at the time of awakening(T_(5))],postoperative recovery quality[postoperative recovery quality questionnaire(QoR-40)score],and operating room nursing quality score were compared between the two groups.【Results】The observation group had shorter recovery times for swallowing reflex,eye opening,catheter removal,correct answers to questions,and recovery of orientation compared to the control group(P<0.05).The SRS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The body temperatures at T_(1) to T_(5) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The QoR-40 score and operating room nursing quality score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Combined warming measures assisted-anesthesia recovery intervention can effectively improve anesthesia quality,recovery status,and postoperative recovery quality in patients undergoing TLH.It significantly enhances body temperature stability and operating room nursing quality,thereby improving patient comfort and satisfaction postoperatively.
