摘　　要：在气管部分切除重建术这一高难度、高复杂度且高风险的手术中,重建吻合口的管理对患者的术后疗效及长期生活质量具有重要影响。然而,迄今为止,关于气管重建围手术期吻合口管理策略的详尽研究仍然缺乏。本文综述了气管重建围手术期的管理策略,涵盖了术前评估、手术实施方案等方面,并提出了未来研究的发展方向和所面临的挑战,旨在为临床医师提供一份系统的气管重建围手术期管理指导意见。In tracheal resection and reconstruction,a technically demanding,complex,and high-risk procedure,management of the anastomotic site significantly impacts postoperative outcomes and long-term quality of life.However,comprehensive studies detailing perioperative anastomotic management strategies in tracheal reconstruction remain scarce.This review summarizes perioperative management strategies for tracheal reconstruction,covering preoperative assessment,surgical techniques,and other key aspects.It also highlights future research directions and challenges,aiming to provide clinicians with a systematic guide to perioperative management in tracheal reconstruction.
