葛根素辅助治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨葛根素辅助治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的效果。方法共纳入南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院2021年9月至2024年5月的90例肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(45例,给予二甲双胍治疗)和研究组(45例,给予葛根素联合二甲双胍治疗)。结果治疗后2组患者体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比均比治疗前下降,且研究组更低(t=6.515、3.224,P均<0.05);治疗后2组患者子宫内膜厚度均比治疗前高,且研究组更高,而治疗后子宫内膜螺旋动脉搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)指标均比治疗前低,且研究组更低(t=11.346、8.328、4.012,P均<0.05);治疗后2组患者促卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)指标水平均比治疗前高,且研究组更高,而黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)指标水平则均比治疗前低,且研究组更低(t=2.779、7.519、13.094、3.956,P均<0.05);治疗后2组患者抗氧化能力指标水平均比治疗前高,且研究组更高(t=9.737、14.736、12.557,P均<0.05)。结论葛根素联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者可对子宫内膜容受性起到调节作用,并改善性激素指标水平,提升抗氧化能力。Objective To investigate the effect of puerarin as an adjuvant treatment for obese polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 90 obese patients with obese PCOS from the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College were included.Based on the different treatments,patients were divided into a control group(45 cases,treated with metformin)and a study group(45 cases,treated with puerarin combined with metformin).Results After treatment,both groups showed a decrease in BMI and waist-hip ratio compared to baseline,and those in the study group showed a more significant reduction(t=6.515,3.224,P<0.05).After treatment,endometrial thickness in both groups was higher than before treatment,and higher in the study group.After treatment,spiral artery pulse index(PI)and resistance index(RI)were lower than before treatment,and lower in the study group(t=11.346,8.328,4.012,all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)in both groups were higher than before treatment,and higher in the study group,while the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH)and testosterone(T)were lower than before treatment,and lower in the study group(t=2.779,7.519,13.094,3.956,all P<0.05).Additionally,the levels of antioxidant capacity indexes in both groups were higher than before treatment,and those in the study group were higher(t=9.737,14.736,12.557,all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of puerarin and metformin in the treatment of obese PCOS can regulate endometrial receptivity,improve the level of sex hormones,and enhance antioxidant capacity.
