养心汤加减联合阿托伐他汀在老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析养心汤加减联合阿托伐他汀在老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)患者中的应用价值。方法选取2022年5月—2023年3月济南市章丘区中医医院收治的98例冠心病患者,按所用药物的差异分组。对照组(49例)单独使用阿托伐他汀治疗,研究组(49例)在对照组基础上联合养心汤加减治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应、生活质量评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.96%(48/49),比对照组的85.71%(42/49)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.900,P<0.05)。组间不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组各项生活质量评分相较对照组更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论养心汤加减治疗老年冠心病,可提高临床疗效,且不会增加不良反应,提高患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the application value of modified Yangxin Decoction combined with ator-vastatin in elderly patients with coronary arteriosclerotic heart disease(CHD).Methods Ninety-eight patients with CHD admitted to Jinan Zhangqiu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to March 2023 were selected and grouped according to differences in drugs used.The control group(49 cases)was treated with atorvastatin alone,and the study group(49 cases)was treated with modified Yangxin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group[97.96%(48/49)]was higher than that of the control group[85.71%(42/49)],the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.900,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of the study group were higher than compared with the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Yangxin Decoction in the treatment of elderly CHD can improve the clinical efficacy,without increasing adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life of patients.
