中西医结合治疗肛肠手术后并发症的效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析中西医结合治疗肛肠手术后并发症的效果。方法按照治疗方法的不同,将2020年5月—2022年12月菏泽市牡丹区精神病医院接诊的50例肛肠手术后患者分为对照组(25例,西医治疗)、观察组(25例,中西医结合治疗)。针对治疗效果、症状评分、生活质量评分、不良反应发生情况进行组间比较。结果在治疗效果方面,观察组[100.00%(25/25)]高于对照组[80.00%(20/25)],差异有统计学意义(P=0.018)。治疗后,相比于对照组,观察组症状评分均更低,生活质量评分更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。针对不良反应发生率,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗肛肠手术后并发症,可减轻患者临床症状,提高生活质量,且用药安全性较高。Objective To analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of complications after anorectal surgery.Methods According to different treatment methods,a total of 50 patients after anorectal surgery who were treated in Mudan District Psychiatric Hospital from May 2020 to December 2022 were divided into the control group(25 cases,treated with Western medicine)and the observa-tion group(25 cases,treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine).The treatment effect,symptom score,quality of life score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of the treatment effect,the observation group[100.00%(25/25)]was higher than the control group[80.00%(20/25)],and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.018).After treatment,compared with the control group,the symptom scores of in the observation group were lower,the quality of life score was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of complications after anorectal surgery can reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life,and have higher drug safety.
