复方黄柏液与糖皮质激素乳膏联合治疗急性湿疹的效果

摘　　要：目的分析急性湿疹采用糖皮质激素乳膏联合复方黄柏液治疗的效果。方法选取2022年4月—2023年3月曹县人民医院收治的90例急性湿疹患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组(45例,采用糖皮质激素乳膏治疗),观察组(45例,采用复方黄柏液联合糖皮质激素乳膏治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子水平、不良反应发生情况及复发率。结果治疗后,观察组各项炎症因子水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%(43/45),高于对照组的77.78%(35/45),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.154,P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访6个月,观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性湿疹采用糖皮质激素乳膏联合复方黄柏液治疗,能够提高临床疗效,改善血清炎症因子水平,降低复发率。Objective To analyze the effect of glucocorticoid cream combined with compound Huangbai liquid in the treatment of acute eczema.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute eczema admitted to Caoxian People's Hospital from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into control group(45 cases,treated with glucocorticoid cream)and observation group(45 cases,treated with compound Huangbai liquid combined with glucocorticoid cream)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with glucocorticoid cream,and the observation group was treated with Compound Huangbai Liquid combined with glucocorticoid cream.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors levels,adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than 77.78%(35/45)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.154,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Glucocorticoid cream combined with Compound Huangbai Liquid in the treatment of acute eczema can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the level of serum inflammatory factors,and reduce the recurrence rate.
