康复新液与马应龙痔疮膏并用在肛周脓肿治疗中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液与马应龙痔疮膏并用在肛周脓肿治疗中的效果,以期为肛周脓肿的临床治疗提供更为有效的方案。方法回顾性选取2021年3月—2024年3月枝江市中医医院收治的120例肛周脓肿患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同分为两组,每组60例。对照组采用马应龙痔疮膏治疗,探究组在对照组的基础上联合康复新液治疗。比较两组炎症指标、症状消失时间、治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,探究组血清超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组硬结肿块、疼痛、瘙痒、流脓时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组治疗总有效率为96.67%(58/60),高于对照组的86.67%(52/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.927,P<0.05)。结论康复新液与马应龙痔疮膏并用在肛周脓肿治疗中能够降低患者的炎症反应水平,缩短症状消失时间,并提高治疗总有效率。Objective To explore the effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Mayinglong Hemorrhoids Ointment in the treatment of perianal abscess,in order to provide a more effective scheme for the clinical treat-ment of perianal abscess.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with perianal abscess admitted to Zhijiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2024 were retrospectively selected and di-vided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mayinglong Hemorrhoids Ointment,and the study group was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid on the basis of the control group.The inflammatory indexes,symptom disappearance time and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in the study group were lower than those in the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The time of induration,pain,itching and pus in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.67%(58/60),which was higher than 86.67%(52/60)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.927,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Kangfuxin Liquid and Mayinglong Hemorrhoids Ointment in the treat-ment of perianal abscess can reduce the level of inflammatory response,shorten the time of symptom disappear-ance,and improve the total effective rate of treatment.
