摘 要:目的探究针对股骨远端严重粉碎性骨折实施切开复位双钢板内固定治疗的效果。方法按照治疗方法的不同,将2021年5月—2023年5月如皋市第三人民医院接诊的40例股骨远端严重粉碎性骨折患者分为对照组(20例,常规固定)和观察组(20例,切开复位双钢板内固定)。比较两组患者临床疗效、手术相关指标、日常生活能力评分及并发症发生情况。结果在临床疗效方面,观察组[95.00%(19/20)]相比于对照组[70.00%(14/20)]更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.329,P<0.05)。相比于对照组,观察组手术相关指标均更优,并发症发生率更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组日常生活能力评分相比于对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于股骨远端严重粉碎性骨折患者,采用切开复位双钢板内固定治疗能够更好地恢复患者的股骨远端解剖结构和稳定性、减少手术时间和术中出血量、加速骨折愈合、提高患者的日常生活能力,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of open reduction and double plate internal fixation for severe comminuted fracture of distal femur.Methods According to different treatment methods,40 patients with se-vere comminuted fracture of distal femur admitted to Rugao Third People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were divided into control group(20 cases,conventional fixation)and observation group(20 cases,open re-duction and double steel plate internal fixation).The clinical efficacy,operation related indexes,Activity of Daily Living score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of clinical effi-cacy,the observation group[95.00%(19/20)]was higher than the control group[70.00%(14/20)],the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.329,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the operation related indexes in the observation group were better,and incidence of complicationsinwere lower,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the Activity of Daily Living score of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with severe comminuted fractures of the distal femur,open reduction and double steel plate internal fixation can better restore the anatomical structure and stability of the distal femur,reduce the operation time and intraoperative blood loss,accelerate fracture healing,improve the daily living ability of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
