橡皮障隔离技术联合四手操作法在牙髓炎根管治疗的应用

摘　　要：目的探究牙髓炎根管治疗中橡皮障隔离技术与四手操作法联合应用的效果。方法回顾性选取2023年1月—2024年2月启东市第二人民医院接受根管治疗的80例牙髓炎患者的临床资料,按照不同治疗方式分为两组,各40例。两组均进行四手操作法,对照组采用常规隔离技术治疗,观察组采用橡皮障隔离技术治疗,对比两组治疗成功率、咀嚼功能。结果观察组治疗成功率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组牙周指数及牙龈指数均低于对照组,咀嚼效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论牙髓炎根管治疗中应用橡皮障隔离技术联合四手操作法,可提高临床治疗成功率及患者咀嚼功能。Objective To explore the combined application effect of rubber barrier isolation technique and four-handed operation method in endodontitis root canal treatment.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with endodontitis who received root canal treatment in the Second People's Hospital of Qidong City from Janu-ary 2023 to February 2024 were retrospectively selected.They were divided into two groups according to differ-ent treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with four-handed operation.The control group was treated with routine isolation technique,and the observation group was treated with rubber barrier isolation technique.The success rate and chewing function of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment success rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).After treatment,the peri-odontal index and gingival index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the chewing efficiency was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rubber barrier isolation technique combined with four-handed operation in root canal treatment of endodontitis can improve the success rate of clinical treatment and the chewing func-tion of patients.
