摘 要:目的对比镇静药物选择时机对难配合颅脑CT或MRI影像学检查的急危重症患者诊断价值的影响分析。方法选择2022年1月—2024年3月在高州市人民医院接受颅脑CT或MRI影像学检查的急危重症患者100例作为研究对象。根据镇静药物使用时间的不同分成观察组、对照组,各50例,两组均给予地西泮注射液,对照组在检查前5 min用药,观察组则在检查开始前用药。比较两组诊断有效率、负性情绪评分以及诊断满意度。结果观察组诊断总有效率为100.00%(50/50),高于对照组的88.00%(44/50),差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。观察组焦虑、抑郁负性情绪评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组诊断满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于颅脑CT或MRI影像学检查中配合困难的急危重症患者,检查开始前使用地西泮注射液能够协助顺利完成检查,获取清晰的影像学图像,并改善患者的负性情绪,提升满意度。Objective To compare the effect of sedative drug selection timing on the diagnostic value of acute and critical patients who were difficult to cooperate with craniocerebral CT or MRI imaging examination.Methods A total of 100 acute and critical patients who underwent craniocerebral CT or MRI imaging examina-tion in Gaozhou People's Hospital from January 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects.Ac-cording to the different use time of sedative drugs,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were given sedative drugs'diazepam injection.The control group was given drugs 5 min before the examination,and the observation group was given drugs before the examination.The diagnostic efficiency,negative emotion score and diagnostic satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of diagnosis in the observation group was 100.00%(50/50),which was higher than 88.00%(44/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The diagnostic satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For critically ill patients with difficult cooperation in craniocerebral CT or MRI imaging examinations,the use of di-azepam injection before the start of the examination can assist in the successful completion of the examination,obtain clear imaging images,and improve the patient's negative emotions and improve satisfaction.
