阴道彩超在诊断早期输卵管异位妊娠中的临床应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析阴道彩超在诊断早期输卵管异位妊娠中的临床应用价值。方法选取2021年1月—2024年1月邳州市人民医院超声科收治的40例疑似输卵管异位妊娠患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受腹部彩超与阴道彩超检查。以手术结果作为金标准,比较腹部彩超与阴道彩超的诊断效能。结果手术结果显示,33例患者确诊输卵管异位妊娠。阴道彩超检查的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、准确度分别为93.94%(31/33)、100.00%(7/7)、100.00%(31/31)、77.78%(7/9)、95.00%(38/40),高于腹部彩超检查的72.73%(24/33)、42.86%(3/7)、85.71%(24/28)、25.00%(3/12)、67.50%(27/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.345、5.600、4.751、5.743、9.928,P均<0.05)。结论阴道彩超在输卵管异位妊娠患者中应用价值显著,准确度较高。Objective To analyze the clinical application value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of early tubal ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 40 patients with suspected tubal ectopic preg-nancy admitted to the Department of Ultrasound of the People's Hospital of Pizhou from January 2021 to Janu-ary 2024 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent abdominal color Doppler ultrasound and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound.The diagnostic efficacy of abdominal color Doppler ultrasound and trans-vaginal color Doppler ultrasound was compared with the surgical results as the gold standard.Results The surgi-cal results showed that 33 patients were diagnosed with early tubal ectopic pregnancy.The sensitivity,specific-ity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,and accuracy of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound were 93.94%(31/33),100.00%(7/7),100.00%(31/31),77.78%(7/9),and 95.00%(38/40),respectively,which were higher than 72.73%(24/33),42.86%(3/7),85.71%(24/28),25.00%(3/12),67.50%(27/40),and the differ-ences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.345,5.600,4.751,5.743,9.928,all P<0.05).Conclusion Transvagi-nal color Doppler ultrasound has significant application value and high accuracy in patients with tubal ectopic pregnancy.
