摘　　要：目的分析合并完全性左束支阻滞(complete left bundle branch block,CLBBB)的急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)的心电图诊断特征。方法选取2021年2月—2023年10月京山市人民医院收治的63例疑似合并CLBBB的AMI患者,均接受冠状动脉造影及心电图检查,以冠状动脉造影诊断结果为金标准,分析心电图检查的诊断效能。结果心电图诊断合并CLBBB的AMI的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为93.33%(28/30)、93.94%(31/33)、93.65%(59/63)、93.33%(28/30)、93.94%(31/33),kappa值为0.873。结论合并CLBBB的AMI行心电图检查,临床诊断效能较高,方便易行,可作为一种可靠的诊断方法在临床中应用。Objective To analyze the electrocardiogram diagnostic characteristics of acute myocardial in-farction(AMI)with complete left bundle branch block(CLBBB).Methods A total of 63 suspected AMI patients with CLBBB admitted to People's Hospital of Jingshan from February 2021 to October 2023 were selected.All patients received coronary angiography and electrocardiogram examination.The diagnostic results of coronary angiography were used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of electrocardiogram examination.Results The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of electro-cardiogram in the diagnosis of AMI with CLBBB were 93.33%(28/30),93.94%(31/33),93.65%(59/63),93.33%(28/30)and 93.94%(31/33),respectively,and the kappa value was 0.873.Conclusion Electrocardio-gram examination for AMI complicated with CLBBB has high clinical diagnostic efficiency and is convenient and feasible.It can be used as a reliable diagnostic method in clinical application.
