颈动脉超声联合心脏彩超检查在老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病中的诊断价值及效能

摘　　要：目的分析在老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)临床诊断中同时实施颈动脉超声检查技术和心脏彩超检查技术的应用价值。方法选择2023年1—12月连云港市第一人民医院收治的80例疑似冠心病的老年患者,对其实施冠状动脉造影、颈动脉超声、心脏彩超检查。以冠状动脉造影结果为金标准,对比不同检查方式的诊断效能。结果联合检查的灵敏度、特异度与单一检查相比,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。联合检查的准确度为96.25%(77/80),高于颈动脉超声的81.25%(65/80)和心脏彩超的86.25%(69/80),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.786,P=0.012)。结论在老年冠心病诊断中,联合颈动脉超声和心脏彩超的诊断效能较高。Objective To analyze the application value of carotid artery ultrasound and echocardiography in the clinical diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease in the elderly.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with suspected coronary atherosclerotic heart disease admitted to the First People's Hospital of Li-anyungang from January to December 2023 were selected for coronary angiography,carotid artery ultrasound and echocardiography.The diagnostic efficacy of different examination methods was compared with the results of coronary angiography as the gold standard.Results There were no significant differences in sensitivity and specificity between the combined examination and the single examination(both P>0.05).The accuracy of com-bined examination was 96.25%(77/80),which was higher than 81.25%(65/80)of carotid artery ultrasound and 86.25%(69/80)of echocardiography,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.786,P=0.012).Con-clusion In the diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease in the elderly,the combination of carotid ultra-sound and echocardiography has higher diagnostic efficiency.
