摘　　要：目的了解2011—2022年甘肃省武威市淋病疫情形势及流行病学特征,为制定当地有针对性的防控措施提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学分析2011—2022年武威市淋病报告数据。结果2011—2022年武威市淋病病例累计报告1872例,年均报告发病率为9.02/10万,各年度淋病报告发病率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=1157.401,Ρ<0.001),2014—2020年呈连续下降的趋势(趋势χ^(2)=722.924,Ρ<0.001),2020—2022年呈连续上升趋势(趋势χ^(2)=82.052,Ρ<0.001)。各月均有病例报告,报告发病数8月最多201例、占10.74%,11月最少121例、占6.46%。武威市4区(县)中,凉州区最多1846例、占98.62%,古浪县最少3例、占0.16%。男性病例1394例、年均报告发病率13.03/10万,女性病例478例、年均报告发病率4.72/10万,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=48.862,Ρ<0.05);20岁~组最多667例、占35.63%,80岁及以上组最少4例、占0.21%;农民病例最多1166例、占62.29%,其次为家务及待业394例、占21.05%。结论武威市淋病报告发病率呈先降后升趋势,相关部门应加强针对淋病防控重点人群的知识宣讲、普及干预措施,做好日常监测工作,及时发现并控制传染源,切断传播途径,最终达到降低淋病发病数、保护人群健康的目的。Objective To understand the epidemic status and epidemiological characteristics of gonorrhea in Wuwei city of Gansu province from 2011 to 2022,and provide basis for formulating local targeted prevention and control measures.Methods The descriptive epidemiological methods was used to analyze the data of gonorrhea in Wuwei city of Gansu province from 2011 to 2022.Results From 2011 to 2022,a total of 1872 cases with gonorrhea were reported in Wuwei city.The average annual incidence rate was 9.02/100000,and there was statistical difference(χ~2=1157.401,Ρ<0.001)in the reported incidence rates in different years.The incidence rates showed decreasing trend from 2014 to 2020(trendχ~2=722.924,Ρ<0.001)and increasing trend from 2020 to 2022(trendχ~2=82.052,Ρ<0.001).There were cases reported each month,and the maximum number of reported cases was 201 in August,accounting for 10.74%,and the minimum number was 121 in November,accounting for 6.46%.Most number of the cases(1846 cases,accounting for 98.62%)was in Liangzhou district,and the least number of the cases(3 cases,accounting for 0.16%)was in Gulang county among the four district and counties of Wuwei city.The number of male cases was 1394,with the average annual incidence rate of 13.03/100000,and the number of female cases was 478,with the average annual incidence rate of 4.72/100000.There was statistical difference between the reported average annual incidence rates of the male and the female(χ~2=48.862,Ρ<0.05).The maximum number of farmer case was 1166,accounting for 62.29%,followed by the number of housework and unemployed cases of 394,accounting for 21.05%.Conclusions The reported incidence rates of gonorrhea show the trend of first rise then fall in Wuwei city.The relevant departments should enhance the knowledge propaganda in the target population for gonorrhea prevention and control,popularize the intervention measures and daily monitoring works,find and control the source of infection in time and cut of the transmission to reach the goal of decreasing the
