摘　　要：目的了解江苏省南通市托幼机构与学校、医疗机构、养老机构3类重点场所的消毒状况,分析存在的问题,为优化重点场所预防性消毒措施提供依据。方法2023年抽取南通市15家托幼机构与学校、9家医疗机构、5家养老机构作为监测对象,对上述机构开展消毒监测。结果2023年南通市3类重点场所的消毒总体合格率为82.81%,托幼机构与学校、医疗机构、养老机构的消毒合格率分别为77.21%、90.54%、83.60%。物体表面合格率最高,为92.61%;工作人员手合格率最低,为61.40%。结论本次监测的3类重点场所消毒工作存在薄弱环节,消毒质量有待进一步提高;各类重点场所应重视卫生消毒工作,细化管理职责,加强人员培训。Objective To understand the status of disinfection in three key places including kindergartens and schools,medical institutions and pension institutions in Nantong city,analyze the existing problems,and provide basis for optimizing the preventive disinfection measures in the key places.Methods In 2023,There were 15 kindergartens and schools,9medical institutions,and 5 pension institutions in Nantong city selected as the monitoring objects to carry out the disinfection monitoring.Results The overall pass rate of disinfection in three key places was 82.81%in Nantong city in 2023,with the pass rates of disinfection of 77.21%in kindergartens and schools,90.54%in medical institutions and 83.60%in pension institutions.The pass rate was the highest in the object surface(92.61%),and the pass rate of hand hygiene of staffs was the lowest(61.40%).Conclusions Some weaknesses exists in the disinfection among three key places after monitoring,and the disinfection quality needs to be further improved.The sanitation and disinfection should be paid attention to.The management responsibilities should be detailed,and the training should be enhanced for the staffs.
