生育意愿心理特性量表的汉化修订及信度效度检验

摘　　要：目的对生育意愿心理特性量表(FDS)进行汉化修订,并在已婚育龄人群中进行信度和效度检验,以期为我国已婚育龄人群生育意愿的评估提供测量工具。方法依据Brislin模型对原量表进行翻译、回译,经过文化调适及预测试后,确定中文版FDS条目。选取392例郑州市已婚育龄人群,应用中文版FDS测评其生育意愿心理特性,并评价量表的信、效度。结果中文版FDS量表共15个条目,包括2个维度、4个方面,经探索性因子分析后提取出4个公因子,解释总变异的58.903%。中文版生育意愿心理特性FDS量表内容效度指数为0.92,各条目的内容效度指数为0.83~1.00;量表总的Cronbach’s α系数为0.787,各维度Cronbach’s α系数为0.805、0.762,分半信度为0.768。结论中文版在已婚育龄人群中具有较好的信度和效度,可作为中国已婚育龄人群生育意愿心理特性的测评工具。Objective To translate the psychometric properties of fertility desire scale(FDS)into Chinese,and assess its reliability and validity in Chinese married childbearing age population.Methods According to the Brislin model to translate and back-translate the original version,the Chinese version of the scale was determined after cultural adjustment and pretesting on the scale.According to the survey criteria,392 married people of child-bearing age in ZhengZhou were selected to evaluate the validity and reliability validity of the scale.Results There were 15 items in Chinese version of FDS,including 2 dimensions and 4 aspects.After exploratory factor analysis,4 common factors were extracted,explaining 58.903% of the total variance.The content validity index of FDS was 0.92,and the content validity index of each item was 0.83-1.00.The Cronbach’s α coefficient of FDS was 0.787,the Cronbach’s α coefficients of each dimension were 0.805,0.762,and the split-half reliability was 0.768.Conclusion The Chinese version of FDS is reliable and valid,which can be used to evaluate the childbearing desire of married people of childbearing age in China.
