家庭赋权配合积极心理干预对人工耳蜗术患儿配合度、家属焦虑抑郁情绪及应对能力的影响

摘　　要：目的研究家庭赋权配合积极心理干预人工耳蜗术患儿配合度、家属焦虑抑郁情绪及应对能力的影响。方法纳入2020年3月至2023年3月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的98例人工耳蜗术患儿随机分为对照组与家庭组,各49例,对照组接受积极心理干预,家庭组在其基础上联合家庭赋权干预,两组均干预至患儿术后出院。比较干预前后两组患儿配合度、家属焦虑抑郁情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、心理压力[心理一致感量表(SOC-13)]、应对能力[医学应对问卷(MCMQ)]。结果干预后两组患儿配合度和患儿家属SOC-13、MCMQ中积极应对(PC)评分高于干预前,且相较于同期对照组,家庭组更高(P<0.05);两组患儿家属SAS、SDS、MCMQ中消极应对(NC)评分低于干预前,且相较于同期对照组,家庭组评分更低(P<0.05)。结论家庭赋权配合积极心理干预人工耳蜗术患儿可提高患儿配合度,并缓解患儿家属焦虑抑郁情绪,提高其应对能力。Objective To study the effect of family empowerment combined with positive psychological intervention on cooperation degree,family anxiety and depression and coping ability in children undergoing cochlear implantation.Methods A total of 98 children with cochlear implantation admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 2020 to March 2023 were included and randomly divided into control group and family group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received positive psychological intervention,and the family group implemented family empowerment intervention on this basis,and both groups were intervened until the children were discharged after surgery.The cooperation degree,family anxiety and depression[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],psychological stress[sense of coherence scale(SOC-13)]and coping ability[medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ)]were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the cooperation degree,family SOC-13 scores and MCMQ positive coping(PC)score in the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and compared with control group,the scores were significantly higher in family group(P<0.05).The scores of family SAS,SDS and MCMQ negative coping(NC)in both groups were significantly lower than those before intervention,and the scores in family group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family empowerment combined with positive psychological intervention can enhance the cooperation degree,relieve the family anxiety and depression,and enhance the coping ability in children with cochlear implantation.
