专人模块化综合管理对妊娠糖尿病患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨专人模块化综合管理对妊娠糖尿病患者的效果观察。方法将2021年7月至2023年12月就诊的66例妊娠糖尿病患者随机分为观察组(33例)和对照组(33例),对照组妊娠期接受常规干预管理,观察组接受专人模块化综合管理。比较两组血糖控制情况、糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)评分和妊娠结局。结果分娩前两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05)。分娩前两组SDSCA中各维度评分均升高,且观察组更高(P<0.05)。观察组剖宫产率、早产率、新生儿不良结局发生率(21.21%、6.06%、9.09%)均低于对照组(45.45%、24.24%、30.30%)(P<0.05)。结论将专人模块化综合管理应用于妊娠糖尿病,能有效控制血糖指标,提高自我管理能力,避免不良妊娠结局发生。Objective To observe the effect of specially-assigned modular comprehensive management on patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 66 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus treated from July 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into observation group(33 cases)and control group(33 cases).The control group received routine intervention management during pregnancy,and the observation group received modular comprehensive management by special personnel.Blood glucose control,summary of diabetes self care activities(SDSCA)score and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results Fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 hours postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)were all decreased in the two groups before delivery,and the lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Scores of SDSCA in all dimensions were increased in both groups before delivery,and were higher in observation group(P<0.05).The rates of cesarean section,premature delivery and adverse outcomes in the observation group(21.21%,6.06%,9.09%)were lower than those in the control group(45.45%,24.24%,30.30%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of specialized modular comprehensive management to gestational diabetes mellitus can effectively control blood glucose index,improve self-management ability,and avoid adverse pregnancy outcomes.
