三维质量结构理论下延续性护理在变应性鼻炎患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究三维质量结构理论下延续性护理在变应性鼻炎临床护理中的应用。方法选取河南中医药大学第一附属医院2021年2月至2024年1月收治的128例变应性鼻炎患儿,以抽签法分组。对照组64例接受常规护理,观察组64例增加三维质量结构理论下延续性护理。对比两组患儿症状改善情况、免疫功能、鼻结膜炎生活质量量表(RQLQ)评分。结果干预后观察组CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平、总有效率高于对照组,RQLQ各项评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三维质量结构理论下延续性护理通过对变应性鼻炎患儿干预,可有效改善其免疫功能,提高症状改善情况和生活质量。Objective To explore the application of continuity nursing in the clinical nursing of allergic rhinitis under the theory of three dimensional quality structure.Methods A total of 128 children with allergic rhinitis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to January 2024 were selected and divided into groups by drawing lots.Sixty-four cases in the control group were given routine nursing,and 64 cases in the observation group were given continuous nursing under the theory of three-dimensional quality structure.The symptom improvement,immune function,and rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)scores of two groups of children were compared.Results After intervention,the levels of CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and the total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of RQLQ were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing under the theory of three-dimensional quality structure can effectively improve the immune function,symptoms and quality of life of children with allergic rhinitis.
