基于知信行模式的集束化干预在肾结石术后患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探析基于知信行模式的集束化干预在肾结石术后患者护理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析,采集2020年6月至2023年5月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的92例肾结石患者资料,其中46例接受集束化护理干预患者纳入对照组,46例经基于知信行模式的集束化护理干预患者纳入观察组,两组干预时间均为1个月。评估并比较两组干预前后健康知识水平、自我效能,疼痛程度、睡眠质量,并统计干预期间术后并发症发生情况。结果干预结束次日时,两组健康知识评分、自我效能量表(GSES)评分较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后第7天,两组数字评定量表(NRS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后总并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肾结石手术患者应用基于知信行模式的集束化干预,可提高患者健康知识水平与自我效能感,减少术后并发症的发生,更利于减轻患者疼痛程度、提高睡眠质量。Objective To explore the application effect of bundle intervention based on the knowledge-attitude-practice mode in the nursing of postoperative patients with kidney stones.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted to collect data from 92 patients with kidney stones admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2020 to May 2023.Among them,46 patients receiving bundled nursing intervention were included in the control group,and 46 patients receiving bundled nursing intervention based on the knowledge-attitude-practice mode were included in the observation group.The intervention time for both groups was one month.The health knowledge level,self-efficacy,pain degree and sleep quality before and after intervention were evaluated and compared between the two groups,and the incidence of postoperative complications during intervention was counted.Results On the day after the intervention ended,the health knowledge scores and general self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores of the two groups increased compared to before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).On the 7 th day after surgery,the numerical rating scale(NRS)score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score of the two groups decreased compared to before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of bundle intervention based on the knowledge-attitude-practice mode in patients undergoing kidney stone surgery can improve their health knowledge level and self-efficacy,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,and be more conducive to reducing patient pain and improving sleep quality.
