摘　　要：基于对上海骑手的问卷调查、个案访谈和田野观察,深描了骑手群体的收入与支出、工作时间和强度、劳动尊严与保障、经济状况与发展预期,全方位呈现平台经济下以骑手为代表的典型劳动者群体的生计状况。调查发现,超长工作时间的普遍化、劳动关系的隐匿化、技术治理下的劳动者失语、高风险人群的保险悖论等问题仍然存在,骑手与平台之间呈现复杂且模糊的关系,骑手的“自主性”背后隐藏着平台的精细化管理和全面监控。平台的出现与技术的进步催生出大量需要人类不定时参与的各类劳动和工作,我们需要穿透算法控制逻辑中的自动化和无人化表象,看到其背后的复杂利益关系。This study presents the livelihood conditions of a typical group of workers in the platform economy,as represented by Shanghai on-line food delivery riders.The study is based on a combination of questionnaire surveys,case interviews and field surveys,and it analyses the income and expenditure,working hours and intensity,labour dignity and protection,economic conditions and development expectations of the rider group.The survey indicates that issues such as extended working hours,the obscurity of employment relations,the diminution of workers'voice within the context of technological governance,and the paradox of insurance coverage for high-risk groups persist.The relationship between the rider and the platform is complex and ambiguous,and the riders'‘autonomy'is in fact dependent on the platform's sophisticated management and comprehensive monitoring.The advent of platforms and technological advances has given rise to a plethora of labour and employment opportunities that demand irregular and unclassified human involvement.It is vital to examine the domain of automated and unmanned surface of algorithmic control logics to identify the intricacies and implications of these developments.
