黔东南州民族医药产业发展现状及对策建议

摘　　要：黔东南州民族医药文化底蕴深厚,药材资源十分丰富,具有高质量发展民族医药的文化基础和产业基础。但由于诸多原因,黔东南州尚未将自身的药材资源优势和民族医药文化优势切实转化为产业优势和经济优势。主要存在药材市场竞争力不强、民族医药制造业增长乏力、民族医药康养基础薄弱、科技攻关协同创新能力不足、未建立符合民族医药特点的评价体系、统筹协调的工作机制有待完善等问题。建议加大对“黔地灵药”品牌的打造力度,不断培育壮大民族医药制造市场主体,加快民族医药科技创新,加大发展“民族医药+”新业态及补齐民族医药服务短板等举措,强有力推动民族医药产业高质量发展,真正使民族医药产业成为黔东南州重要的支柱产业。Qiandongnan Prefecture has profound ethnic medicine culture and abundant medicinal resources which has the cultural and industrial basis for the development of high-quality ethnic medicine.However,due to many reasons,Qiandongnan Prefecture has not been able to transform its advantages of medicinal material resources and ethnic medicine culture into industrial and economic advantages.The main issues include a lack of competitiveness in the medicinal herb market,sluggish growth in the ethnic medicine manufacturing industry,a weak foundation for ethnic medicine health and wellness,insufficient collaborative innovation capabilities in scientific and technological research,the absence of an evaluation system tailored to the characteristics of ethnic medicine,and the need to improve the overall coordination and working mechanisms.It is recommended to intensify efforts in building the"Qiandi Lingyao"(precious herbs of Guizhou)brand,continuously cultivate and strengthen the main market entities in the ethnic medicine manufacturing industry,accelerate technological innovation in ethnic medicine,strengthen the development of new business formats such as"ethnic medicine+",and address the shortcomings in ethnic medicine services.These measures will vigorously promote the highquality development of the ethnic medicine industry and truly make it an important pillar industry in Qiandongnan Prefecture.
