摘 要:基于目前针织产品向松密度或松结构方向发展的趋势,阐述一种松密度或松结构羊绒产品工艺的设计研究。通过1空1隔针出针编织纬平结构,达到织物密度松懈的效果,对于减针位置的工艺,采用分离减针的特殊技术实现;智能算数设计工艺,日本岛精SDS-ONE系统完成打版设计,绘制线圈结构图和编织工艺图,详细讲解了松密度羊绒产品的工艺设计方法,在普通12针电脑横机上编织出一款粗犷型松密度风格的羊绒产品。结果表明:所编产品手感柔软、密度组织结构协调统一,纹路清晰,外观独特,尺寸稳定性好,能够达到羊绒制品物理指标。该工艺的实现,能够满足客户对产品需求的不断变化,为生产带来无限可能。In response to the current trend of knitted products moving towards low-density or loose structures,this study elaborates on the design and development of a low-density cashmere products.The fabric achieves a loose density through a weft-knit structure knitted with a miss stitch technique(1 empty,1 miss stitch).A special separation technique is employed for reducing stitches at specific positions.The intelligent patterning process is designed by using Japan's Shima Seiki SDS-ONE system,which facilitates pattern design,stitch structure diagrams,and knitting process diagrams.This paper discusses the design methodology for lowdensity cashmere products in detail.And a rugged,low-density cashmere fabric on a standard 12-gauge computerized flat knitting machine was successfully produced.The results show that the knitted product exhibits a soft hand feel,a harmonious and unified density structure,clear texture,unique appearance,and excellent dimensional stability,meeting the physical standards of cashmere products.The implementation of this process can adapt to the ever-changing demands of customers and offers limitless possibilities forproduction.
