摘　　要：为了有效评价服装制造企业供应商绩效水平,提出一种基于熵权-TOPSIS法的服装制造企业供应商绩效评价模型。根据采购服装物料的业务特点,构建了4个准则和14个指标的服装制造企业供应商绩效评价指标体系,并运用熵权-TOPSIS法评价服装制造企业供应商绩效水平。然后,对美尚服装集团在棉质面料采购上确定优选型供应商进行实例分析。研究结果表明:服装物料报废率和服装物料准时交付率是影响服装制造企业供应商绩效评价最重要的两个因素;运用熵权-TOPSIS法构建服装制造企业供应商绩效评价模型,简单易行、易于求解,可作为服装制造企业在评价服装物料供应商绩效水平时的参考方法。In order to effectively evaluate the performance level of suppliers in clothing manufacturing enterprises,a performance evaluation model for suppliers in clothing manufacturing enterprises based on Entropy-TOPSIS method was proposed.According to the characteristics of clothing material procurement business,a performance evaluation index system for suppliers in clothing manufacturing enterprises was constructed with 4 criteria and 14 indicators.Meanwhile,the Entropy-TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the performance level of suppliers in clothing manufacturing enterprises.Then,a case study was conducted on the selection of preferred suppliers for cotton fabric procurement by Meishang Clothing Group.The research results indicate that the scrap rate of clothing materials and the on-time delivery rate of clothing materials are the two most important factors affecting the performance evaluation of suppliers in clothing manufacturing enterprises.The performance evaluation model for suppliers in clothing manufacturing enterprises based on Entropy-TOPSIS method is simple,and easy to seek solution.This model can be used as a reference method for evaluating the performance level of clothing material suppliers in clothing manufacturing enterprises.
