摘  要:青春期下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的启动与发育受遗传、神经内分泌因素、肠道微生物群、饮食等多种因素及其相互作用的影响;其中,肠道微生物群与青春期性发育相互影响的机制是当前关注热点之一。研究表明,肠道微生物群可通过脑-肠轴、性激素-肠道微生物轴等与青春期性发育发挥相互调控作用,具体作用机制可涉及超重/肥胖、瘦素、胰岛素及其受体、高雄激素血症、性早熟相关基因、脂联素、膳食纤维和生长激素释放肽等因素。该文基于上述多种因素概述了青春期性发育与肠道微生物群相关的研究进展,为进一步探讨其作用机制以及相关疾病的防治提供参考。The pubertal activation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis and development is influenced by multiple factors,including genetics,neuroendocrine factors,gut microbiota,diet and other factors and their interactions.The mechanism involving the gut microbiota and pubertal sexual development is one of the current research hotspots.Studies have shown that the gut microbiota might interact with pubertal sexual development through the brain-gut axis,the sex hormone-gut microbiota axis,and other pathways,with the specific mechanisms involving overweight/obesity,leptin,insulin and its receptors,hyperandrogenism,genes related to precocious puberty,adiponectin,dietary fiber,and growth hormone-releasing peptides.This review provides an overview of the research progress related to pubertal sexual development and gut microbiota,providing a reference for further exploring its mechanisms and the prevention and treatment of related diseases.
