北京冬奥背景下我国临沂地区冰雪运动的现状和发展策略研究

摘　　要：该文采用SWOT战略分析法、文献资料法、实地调查法、访谈调查法、调查问卷法,分析了临沂地区冰雪运动的现状和未来可施行的战略计划及发展策略。根据调查可知,临沂地区有着优越的自身优势,但也面临着机遇和挑战,受2022北京冬奥会的影响,参加冰雪运动的人群正在增加,主要参与人群为45岁以下的青年男女,但滑雪场的基础设施并不完善,专业人员也较为欠缺,这就可能导致参与者的体验感差,缺乏参与积极性。通过对临沂地区冰雪运动的深入研究,挖掘冰雪运动的发展规律,为临沂市开展冰雪运动提供有效的路径,提升临沂市的体育经济水平。This article uses SWOT strategic analysis method,literature review method,field investigation method,interview investigation method,and survey questionnaire method to analyze the current situation and future feasible strategic plans and development strategies of ice and snow sports in Linyi area.According to the survey,Linyi region has superior advantages,but also faces opportunities and challenges.Influenced by the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics,the number of people participating in ice and snow sports is increasing,mainly young men and women under the age of 45.However,the infrastructure of ski resorts is not perfect,and there is a shortage of professional personnel,which may lead to poor participation and lack of enthusiasm among participants.Through in-depth research on ice and snow sports in Linyi area,the development laws of ice and snow sports have been excavated,providing an effective path for the development of ice and snow sports in Linyi city and improving the level of sports economy in Linyi city.
