摘  要:体育作为一门综合性课程,在强化学生身体素质的同时,也承载着培养学生良好道德品质的重要任务。长跑作为体育教学的重要内容之一,其锻炼过程中蕴含的德育元素尤为丰富。优美的跑步姿态、运动员身上的持之以恒精神以及一心追逐中国梦的奥运健儿们的榜样力量,无不彰显了体育的德育功能。该文从德育的视角出发,深入探究高中长跑教学中德育元素的具体体现,并着重探索如何构建富有德育内涵的体育课堂,以提升体育课堂的温度,实现学生身心全面发展的目标。As a comprehensive course,physical education not only strengthens students'physical fitness,but also carries the important task of cultivating students'good moral qualities.As one of the important contents of physical education teaching,long-distance running contains rich moral education elements in its exercise process.The graceful running posture,the perseverance spirit of athletes,and the exemplary power of Olympic athletes who pursue the Chinese Dream wholeheartedly all demonstrate the moral education function of sports.This article explores the specific manifestations of moral education elements in high school long-distance running teaching from the perspective of moral education,and focuses on exploring how to construct a physical education classroom with rich moral education connotations to enhance the temperature of the physical education classroom and achieve the goal of comprehensive physical and mental development of students.
