摘　　要：在全球化和多元文化交汇的当代社会,中华民族共同体意识的强化对于国家的统一和民族的团结具有至关重要的作用。中华传统体育文化,作为中华文化的重要组成部分,承载着丰富的民族精神和文化价值,对于增强民族认同感、凝聚力和文化自信具有独特的影响力。研究通过系统梳理相关文献,构建理论框架,并通过实地调研和访谈收集一手数据,深入了解中华传统体育文化在不同民族和地区的实践情况。研究发现,中华传统体育文化通过增强民族认同、促进文化交流、提升民族自豪感和凝聚力,在铸牢中华民族共同体意识中发挥着重要作用。不同民族和地区的实践表明,将传统体育文化与现代体育活动相结合,通过节庆活动、体育赛事和教育传承等方式,可以有效提升中华民族共同体意识。结论指出,应进一步挖掘和利用中华传统体育文化资源,创新实践机制,加强政策支持和社会参与,以促进中华民族共同体意识的广泛传播和深入人心。In contemporary society,where globalization and multiculturalism intersect,strengthening the consciousness of the Chinese nation as a community is of paramount importance for national unity and ethnic solidarity.Traditional Chinese sports culture,as an integral part of Chinese culture,carries a wealth of national spirit and cultural values,exerting a unique influence on enhancing ethnic identity,cohesion,and cultural confidence.This study systematically reviews relevant literature to construct a theoretical framework and collects primary data through field research and interviews to deeply understand the practice of traditional Chinese sports culture among different ethnic groups and regions.The findings reveal that traditional Chinese sports culture plays a significant role in solidifying the consciousness of the Chinese nation as a community by enhancing ethnic identification,promoting cultural exchange,and elevating national pride and cohesion.Practices from various ethnic groups and regions demonstrate that integrating traditional sports culture with modern sports activities,through festive events,sports competitions,and educational inheritance,can effectively enhance the consciousness of the Chinese nation as a community.The conclusion suggests that further exploration and utilization of traditional Chinese sports cultural resources,innovation in practical mechanisms,and increased policy support and social participation are necessary to promote the widespread dissemination and deep-rooted acceptance of the consciousness of the Chinese nation as a community.
