三新背景下素质拓展训练融入高中体育教学的策略研究

摘　　要：新课程、新教材、新高考背景下,高中体育教学需要迎合教育改革趋势,秉持着强健学生体魄、发展终身体育意识的理念,对高中体育课程教学体系实施全面改革,如此才能发挥高中体育教学的价值。该文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地调研法、行动研究法等方法,以高中体育教学中如何有效融入素质拓展训练为研究对象,阐述了融入素质拓展训练的重要意义,提出了相对可行的素质拓展训练融入策略。Under the background of new curriculum,new textbooks and new college entrance examination,high school physical education needs to cater to the trend of education reform,uphold the idea of strengthening students'physique and developing lifelong sports consciousness,and carry out a comprehensive reform of the teaching system of high school physical education,so as to give full play to the value of high school physical education.This paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,field investigation,action research and so on.Taking how to effectively integrate quality development training into high school physical education teaching as the research object,this paper first expounds the significance of quality development training,and then puts forward the relatively feasible strategy of quality development training integration.
