成都市五大高校学生篮球裁判员培养现状及对策研究

摘　　要：全民健身背景下,体育事业蒸蒸日上,篮球运动也随之逐渐发展。我国篮球运动的普及给篮球裁判员的工作带来了前所未有的机遇与挑战[1]。为此,该文运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计等方法对成都市五大高校大学篮球裁判员培养现状进行研究,找出成都市五大高校大学篮球裁判员培训[2]中存在的制约因素及发展的瓶颈,并针对存在的有关问题提出相应的对策与建议,为成都市大学篮球裁判员培训工作提供借鉴。Under the background of national fitness,the sports industry is thriving,and basketball is also gradually developing.Therefore,by using the methods of literature review,expert interview and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the current situation of the training of university basketball referees in Chengdu,finds out the constraints and development bottlenecks in the training of university basketball referees in Chengdu,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems,so as to provide reference for the training of university basketball referees in Chengdu.
