摘　　要：该文主要从以下三个方面进行阐述,一是竞技体育后备人才培养现状与问题。二是竞技体育后备人才培养在具体实施过程中的困难和障碍。三是体教融合背景下竞技体育后备人才培养问题的优化措施。该文运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法得出结论,当前中国的竞技体育发展体系仍有不完善的状况,体教融合模式在推行过程中因为各种阻力而没有得到良好的实施,观念和理念方面的欠缺还需要更科学、有力的措施来解决。This article mainly elaborates from the following three aspects.One is the current situation and problems of cultivating reserve talents in competitive sports.The second is the difficulties and obstacles in the specific implementation process of cultivating reserve talents in competitive sports.The third is the optimization measures for cultivating reserve talents in competitive sports under the background of integrating sports and education.This article uses the methods of literature review and logical analysis to draw the conclusion that the current development system of competitive sports in China is still imperfect,and the integration of sports and education has not been well implemented due to various obstacles in the implementation process.The lack of concepts and ideas still needs more scientific and effective measures to solve.
