摘　　要：在“双减”政策背景下,社会体育组织机构参与校园体育联动发展成为推动青少年体育教育改革的重要路径。该文从政策指导、现实困境及联动发展路径三个方面展开深入探讨。首先,分析了政府“行政借道”机制的牵引作用、学校与社会体育组织之间的“双向资源依赖”,以及两者联动发展的契合性。其次,指出了在政策落实、资金支持、资源配备、服务质量及家长观念等方面的困境。最后,提出构建政府、学校、社会体育组织及家庭四方联动机制,通过加强政策引导、完善运行机制、优化产品生产及革新体育观念,构建起全面促进校园体育发展的新模式。研究旨在为社会体育组织机构参与校园体育联动发展提供可操作性建议,以期推动青少年体育教育质量的全面提升。Under the background of"double reduction"policy,the participation of social sports organizations in the joint development of campus sports has become an important path to promote the reform of youth physical education.This article from the policy guidance,the reality of the dilemma and the path of joint development of three aspects of in-depth discussion.First of all,the paper analyzes the leading role of the government's"administrative borrowing"mechanism,the"two-way resource dependence"between schools and social sports organizations,and the compatibility of their joint development.Secondly,it points out the difficulties in policy implementation,financial support,resource allocation,service quality and parents'concept.Finally,the paper proposes to build a four-way linkage mechanism of government,schools,social sports organizations and families,and build a new model to promote the development of campus sports comprehensively by strengthening policy guidance,improving operation mechanism,optimizing product production and innovating sports concepts.The purpose of this study is to provide practical suggestions for social sports organizations to participate in the development of campus sports,in order to promote the overall improvement of the quality of youth physical education.
