新质生产力赋能冰雪体育强国建设的实现路径分析

摘　　要：新质生产力赋能冰雪体育强国建设是实现体育强国目标的重要路径。该文从新质生产力赋能冰雪运动的内涵和特征出发,阐述了其在促进全民健身、提升竞技水平、推动产业升级、弘扬冬奥精神、提升国家形象等方面的价值。文章指出,要实现新质生产力赋能冰雪体育强国建设,需要强化政策支持,构建创新体系;推进绿色发展,升级基础设施;扩大参与度,普及冰雪运动;加速科技研发,驱动产业创新;深化人才培养,提升人才素质。通过科技创新、产业升级、文化融合和人才发展,中国冰雪运动将迎来新的发展机遇,为实现体育强国目标提供有力支撑。The productivity of new quality enables the construction of ice and snow sports power is an important way to realize the goal of sports power.Starting from the connotation and characteristics of the new quality productive forces enabling ice and snow sports,this paper expounds its value in promoting the national fitness,improving the competitive level,promoting the industrial upgrading,carrying forward the spirit of the Winter Olympics,enhancing the national image and so on.The article points out that in order to realize the construction of ice and snow sports power,it is necessary to strengthen policy support and build innovation system;promote green development,upgrade infrastructure;expand participation,popularize ice and snow sports;accelerate scientific and technological research and development,drive industrial innovation;deepen talent training and improve the quality of talents.Through scientific and technological innovation,industrial upgrading,cultural integration and talent development,China's ice and snow sports will usher in new development opportunities,providing strong support for realizing the goal of becoming a strong sports power.
