首都高校大学生参与冰雪运动的现状及制约因素研究——以北京体育大学为例

摘　　要：随着2022北京冬奥会的成功举办和冰雪运动的日益普及,冰雪运动在我国不仅成为提升国家体育竞技水平的关键领域,也是满足人民群众多元化娱乐需求、改善国民身体素质的重要途径。在此背景下,以北京体育大学200名学生为样本,分析大学生参与冰雪运动的现状及制约因素。结果表明,参与过冰雪运动的大学生占比不足四成,仍有较大提升空间,男生、体育类专业的学生参与冰雪运动的积极性相对较高。参与冰雪运动的大学生每次活动的频次和时长较低,参与的运动多为基础滑冰和滑雪,主要参与途径为学校组织和自发参加。宣传不到位、学校课程有限和活动场地不足是制约大学生参与冰雪运动主要因素。With the successful hosting of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and the increasing popularity of winter sports,winter sports in China have not only become a crucial area for enhancing the country's competitive sports level but also an important means to satisfy the diversified recreational needs of the people and improve national physical fitness.Against this backdrop,an analysis was conducted on the current status and constraining factors of university students'participation in winter sports,using a sample of 200 students from Beijing Sport University.The results indicate that less than 40%of university students have participated in winter sports,suggesting considerable room for improvement.Male students and those majoring in sports-related fields exhibit relatively higher enthusiasm for engaging in winter sports.Among the students who do participate,the frequency and duration of each activity are relatively low,with basic skating and skiing being the most common sports.The primary means of participation are school organizations and spontaneous attendance.Inadequate promotion,limited school courses,and insufficient activity venues are the main factors hindering university students'participation in winter sports.
