“健康中国”背景下高校体育课程赋能健康教育理念落实的内在逻辑与优化路径研究

摘　　要：为促进高校体育的健康教育理念落实,帮助学生提升身心健康水平,该文运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,系统分析了“健康中国”背景下高校体育课程赋能健康教育理念落实的内在逻辑、现实困境与优化路径。研究认为,高校体育课程赋能健康教育理念落实的内在逻辑包括宣传健康知识、增强健康锻炼意识、塑造健康行为、践行健康教育理念、挖掘健康资源、提供健康服务平台。但在落实过程中却面临着健康意识较弱、人文价值缺失、概念认识偏差、课程监管不足等现实困境,导致健康教育理念难以顺利落实。为此,需要构建多元化教学目标框架,不断深入探究全面化教学内容体系,并调整适应性考核评价体系,促进高校体育课程健康教育理念的有效落实。In order to promote the implementation of the concept of health education in college physical education and help improve students'physical and mental health,this paper systematically analyzes the internal logic,realistic dilemma and optimization path of implementing the concept of empowering health education in college physical education under the background of"healthy China"by using the methods of literature review and logical analysis.The research holds that the internal logic of implementing the concept of empowering health education in college physical education curriculum includes propagating health knowledge,enhancing health exercise awareness,shaping health behavior,practicing health education concept,tapping health resources and providing health service platform.However,in the process of implementation,it is faced with practical difficulties such as weak health awareness,lack of humanistic value,deviation of conceptual understanding and insufficient curriculum supervision,which makes it difficult to successfully implement the concept of health education.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a diversified teaching goal framework,constantly explore the comprehensive teaching content system,and adjust the adaptive assessment system to promote the effective implementation of the concept of health education in physical education courses in colleges and universities.
