小学体育档案建设作用与管理对策研究

摘　　要：研究首先厘清了当下小学体育档案工作处在初级发展阶段,体育档案相关工作并没有受到足够的重视。分析了建设小学体育档案可以起到为教师科研提供素材,促进教师互动,增强团队凝聚力,为小学体育事业发展指明方向,推动小学体育事业快速发展等作用,小学体育对小学生全面发展也起着积极的促进作用。以此为依据,提出了一些改善体育档案管理的对策,期待能为小学体育档案管理更快、更全面地发展作出一定的贡献。This study first clarified that the current status of primary school sports archives is in an initial stage of development,and the related work of sports archives has not received enough attention.It is analyzed that the construction of primary school sports archives can provide materials for teachers'scientific research,promote teachers'interaction,enhance team cohesion,point out the direction for the development of primary school sports,and promote the rapid development of primary school sports.Based on this,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the management of sports archives,hoping to make a modest contribution to the faster and more comprehensive development of the management of sports archives in primary schools.
